Sick of this pish from Labour in Scotland. Their turnout is only higher if it's their own motions in Holyrood. Labour hold nothing but contempt for Democracy and the Scottish people 🙄

Dock their salaries to make them get their arses into gear. Stop their perks & claims for expenses.

Israel now admits that its troops killed 15 Palestinian medics in Gaza, after trying to cover it up.

Footage shows unarmed medics, in clearly marked ambulances with headlights on, being shot by Israeli soldiers.

An urgent independent investigation must immediately be launched.

Starmer proves that whatever Labour once stood for is dead. Labour doesn’t offer change. The only alternative for Scotland to this failed status quo is independence

My column in @heraldscotland.bsky.social on how Labour now fuels Indy as much as the Tories did www.heraldscotland.com/politics/vie...
I'm cured of my Labour nostalgia. Now I know it's indy for me

This is a seminal moment: a Labour government cutting disability benefits. Not just continuing Tory levels. Cutting.

This comes after a week of speculation, itself an act of cruelty by a government toying with people’s dignity.

These cuts are disgraceful - and they will cost lives.

Ofgem increases its price cap for a third consecutive quarter

10% hike in October
1.2% hike in January
6.4% hike in April

What part of “price cap” doesn’t Ofgem understand?

I got into politics to improve people’s lives - and that’s what our Budget is all about.

👉 Improving NHS waiting times
👉 Building thousands of new affordable homes
👉 Lifting children out of poverty

For Scotland, by Scotland, focused on your priorities.

The question really is'nt too hard to answer, Once you recognise that they depend on others for everything that they have got. That dependency is not a reciprocal arrangement, The other nations have to make sacrifices in order for them to survive.

It truly is time to end this union of unequals.

Very welcome news that unemployment in Scotland has fallen to 3.8% and is lower than the rest of the UK.

Scotland’s economy has grown faster than the rest of the UK, but we need to do more to deliver growth and progress - I will be setting out views in a speech tomorrow.

You can be sure that this will not be mentioned in the British media or on mainstream TV news. Our sycophantic UK gov will still blame the war in Ukraine, Even although the same impacts are felt in France & the rest of Europe.

What The Guardian fails to mention, naturally, is that whilst the Scottish Government has only reached 18% of the 30% nature restoration target by 2030, Westminster has only achieved 3% in England.

The usual standard of UK journalism.
