Good enough for me! :)Everything is salvageable though. You could use what's there as a guide to repaint the chalice, transfers are a great way to stick a guide down that you can paint over.

The chalice symbol is the Grail Knight symbol on the Bretonnia transfer sheet and is silver and gold, I changed the top point of the fleur-de-lys into a blood drop by repainting it

This was by far the silliest conversion for the Steam Tank General but I’ve always liked the more humorous aspects that a sci-fi or fantasy setting has to offer. Here's the result of my OSL dominant paint scheme experiment, there's definatly room for improvement and its a model that loves the camera more than the eye but I think its a decent enough result for an experiment on new tools and techniques I can apply to my other projects.
