Perfect
“Your shower shoes have fungus on them. You’ll never make it to the bigs with fungus on your shower shoes. Think classy and you’ll be classy. If you win 20 in the show, you can let the fungus grow back on your shower shoes and the press will think you’re colorful.”

Twin Cities will miss Michael Helman. Really good player with some tough injury history. Good dude who can help STL with his versatility and speed if provided a legit opportunity.
By trading/selling Michael Helman, the Twins have opened up one spot on the 40-man roster for either Harrison Bader or Danny Coulombe.

They'll need to clear a second spot on the 40-man roster whenever the signings are officially announced.

Twins traded Michael Helman to the Cardinals for cash considerations.

Helman made his MLB debut in September, but his odds of being part of the 2025 plan were hurt by the Harrison Bader signing.

Intriguing player comp minus the injury history / team’s issue with the player’s dedication towards doing whatever it takes to prepare the body year round.
My best attempt at a baseball equivalent to the Luka Doncic-Anthony Davis trade:

Kansas City trading Bobby Witt Jr. to New York for Gerrit Cole and the Royals general manager trying to justify it by saying, "I believe that pitching wins championships."
