I'm cynical but passionate and optimistic about the future. I'm into landscape fauna ecology especially in the arid and semi arid zones. 😁 PS not a huge fan of cat and puppy photos.
I would have to be lobotomised to remove all the fauna info. 🤣

I was shown one a few days ago and it was stunning (it is growing on our campus). Honestly, I sometimes wonder if it is too late to shift from Zoology to Botany. 😂😂

This where the extensive clearing of forests, woodlands, and other ecosystems across the south-west has such substantial and disastrous impact on remaining natural areas - any loss is a major catastrophe.

That is really going to upset the greedyAFs investors who make their money treating the housing market as a speculative stock market.

The south coast is not doing well. The Fitz is still burning, plus Cape Arid, and the fire just north of the Fitz boundary, and a very hot day tomorrow could see things get worse.

3/ That's why we continue to see loss of biodiversity, increased extinctions, less conservation, less funding for the environment. Not to mention minimal consequences and responsibilities by proponents. The process is a fraud as this and other recent project illustrate dramatically.

2/ They implement an #EIA process that's deeply and purposely flawed to insure minimal and superficial assessment of the environment and even less effort determining environmental impacts. And all bundled with utterly ineffective and useless "conditions" that always achieve less than nothing.

I'm not sure if he will feel all that safe in Chile with that Pinochet admirer and apologist, José Antonio Kast as President.

Looks good. I was thinking, did you put a slope on the steps to allow water run-off? Is that a thing?

2/2 We see confation/false equivalence tool for tools constantly used in our society to drive division for political gain (e.g. the conflation of immigration and every problem in Australia, equating all Palestinian and their supporters with the terrorists, Hamas, etc).

This circus was always in the making from the time political parties were captured by the conflation of criticism of a criminal government with the Jewish faith. That bastard child wascynically termed "antisemitism". 1/2

The travel in and around where the majority reside is covered. Even some of the less traveled routes are covered. As with any road-trip it is all to do with planning. Major issues are intellectual laziness, convenience of ICE, and a lack of affordable EV options.
