Statehood for DC is a cause near to my heart. I never thought conservative pundit George Conway would speak favorably about it. See his latest Bulwark 'cast at 34:15.

I'm thrilled hearing this. I'll take my allies wherever I can find them on this one.

Up next in the Theories of Fascim series. 🤣

I really don't think this framework is as half-baked as Ganz says. It echoes the way one of my old friends described politics after working in Washington for a time: "It's high school, with power."

Andrew Cuomo, along with guys like Raham Emanuel, are perfect examples of the rot at the center of the Democratic party's problems. The sooner they step away from public life the better for America.

Take note: Congress wants all of the power, but refuses to take responsibility. Very sad. Today's GOP really has strayed from what it was.

Of course our dysfunctional Congressional Overlords left without allowing the capitol spend money we raised on our own. As a result the District is going to need to start implementing $ 1.1 billion in spending cuts. And these fools keep saying they want more power!

The only reason Social Security is running out of money is that the taxes are capped after about $176,000. Eliminate the cap, make the rich pay their fair share, and Social Security will be in the black again.

Good post from The Bulwark this afternoon. What the current policy boils down to is Trump looking for foreign assistance in dismantling democratic rule here in America.

It's all about "Trump first."
‘America First’ Is a Lie
America has *always* been about putting America first. Trump’s “America First” movement is about something else entirely.
