The @americanairlines.bsky.social ppl were almost no help. They told us to get luggage at carousel but wasnt there. Finally came to get us. Took > 1 hr to get luggage.

You think they would have treated us special but instead treated us like dirt

fun when captain tells you we are dumping fuel because we're "too heavy to land". Liar. They cleared all runways & had 50 emergency vehicles w/ lights on waiting in case we crashed.

@americanair.bsky.social then canceled SIX subsequent flights in a row. Some ppl didnt get out until 28 hrs later.

At least I made it home alive. When the flaps got stuck and we dumped most of our fuel in english channel, I wasnt sure.
