Hi !
I feel the same and the following has helped me:
- Help someone close. For example, help a friend clean his home
- Deep mental excercices. Like going back to your High School algebra book and solve some problems. Sudoku, chess, and so on
- Explosive exercice. It pulls your mind to the present

- People aren't dissatisfied with the economic outlook, they are just miserable, and think a growing economy would make them happy. "Therefore, the economy is bad..."
- People are biased of the economy depending on political affiliation

I will mute you now.

If you watch the video, you will have a better understanding of PE and housing prices.

It’s unfortunate you reply this way on this platform, when you could do that on the other app.

No need to be rude.

The video answers many more points, and maybe answers your question.

What I imagine irritates you, and many more people as well, is having houses as a speculative asset. We can’t change that, but we can minimize it by reducing housing prices via increased supply.

Hello, one reason why PE buys houses is because scarcity existed before they entered the market. If we want them to stop buying houses we should increase supply.

The Plain Bagel made a really good video about this: youtu.be/Q6pu9Ixqqxo?...
Is Wall Street REALLY Buying Up All the Homes?
