@mrjamesob.bsky.social I had a UK ID card issued in 2010 along with my UK passport it was a choice for extra £20. I used it twice to travel to Germany and back. Then the Tories got elected and scrapped them within 3 months of winning the 2010 election. In Bosnia it's the norm to have one from 18y.

My daughter can wear a national football shirt tomorrow to school as it's UEFA European Women's Championship 2025. Given that my wife is Welsh and I am Bosnian what football shirt our daughter should wear tomorrow, of course it will be her choice 🤔
