vintage appliances are actually remarkably easy to come by on the used market. they made wonderful dishwashers from the 70s to the 90s. but they're not brushed stainless with wifi and an app, so people rip em out.

maybe they decided to celebrate it on his actual birthday with unrecognizable traditional motifs instead of DRUIDIC SOLSTICE RITUAL symbols.

my dishwasher has been thanklessly churning out spotless dishes for 33 years. tried to clean the filters once. they were also spotless.

no smells. a couple plastic parts have needed replacing but they're still available and easy to swap. this dishwasher will outlive humanity.

only people with hourly pay get to vote (and those unable to work due to disability). if you are too young or old to work or if you live off passive income you do not get to build today's systems.
