The US is getting worse and worse but I can't do anything about it. Picked up going to the gym in the morning so I don't see it as much. Now I'm back to finishing ACOTAR before bed. I'm just lucky to be privileged enough not to be as effected besides some of my family

Whoever suggested adding protein to your food is genius. Immediately got 34 g of protein in my oatmeal this morning and got half my fiber for the day already by adding fruit. And it's delicious!!
