For sure! I feel so badly for all the ppl with POTS like me, who buy those white plastic and steel hospital chairs for their showers. It’s not just us who can benefit from a sweet bamboo bench! 😝

I never would’ve thought of installing grab bars in my shower, even though I desperately needed them. (I have to sit in the shower, and any movement is dicey for me.) But then I bought a house owned by an old lady, and there are grab bars everywhere - even opposite the toilet. It’s great!!

Oh damn, I forgot about my narcolepsy… I guess you know your body is really f’ed when narcolepsy doesn’t even crack your top 6.
