Make rituals and routines that fill you up. Even if it’s just a run a few times a week, hitting up your local cafe, going for a bike ride, or hosting a paint night. Just do SOMETHING. Community and resistance isn’t going to be found in Instagram infographics, it’s gonna be found in COMMUNITY.

Go to local art galleries and theatres. Buy from local artists for home decor instead of just hitting up Etsy or wayfair.

In terms of media consumption: buy physical, buy local, be in community. As capitalism pushes for non-ownership more and more, purchase real, physical media that YOU OWN. This way it can’t be disappeared for a tax break (a la final space on Netflix)
