We've lived in 3 diff. houses in this town since 92. Garbage and recycling day was always Thurs. (recycling every other week). With the new year garbage will be on Wed. and recycling every other week on Thurs. I am outraged. Wife is more upset at the giant bins we have to use now. They're enormous.
