Supreme Court rules 9-0 that the administration must "facilitate" the return of the guy they mistakenly deported to a prison in El Salvador.

This echoes the reasoning of Circuit Judge Wilkinson, who wrote that the government can be ordered to facilitate, not effectuate, a return

The chief justice responded to Trump’s call to impeach a judge who had moved to block efforts to deport 200 people to El Salvador over the weekend.

Roberts did not address Trump directly but wrote that impeachment was “not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision.”
