it's incredibly easy to make up "legal tests" that encourage conservatism. originalism, textualism, "history and tradition" are all tests that default to stopping any progress in its tracks

People need to understand that LLMs are not miracle boxes; they're just guessing on EVERYTHING, and often times they're not even "educated" guesses

Not just that but the government can't admit a mistake so they're freeing an actual criminal just to testify in a sham prosecution against him so they can send him back
