My stress responses are inane. I've been having trouble taking a deep breath the last few days for literally no reason beyond being stressed.

I'm so scared all of the time.

Sometimes I look in the mirror and just laugh because I look ridiculous. I sleep like 9 hours a day and still have dark eyebags so prominent that I look like I'm pulling regular all nighters.

I hate looking at old pictures of myself because even tho my hairs never been amazing it's noticably so so much worse now and even if it's not gonna get worse since I'm on E I still hate seeing it. I'm so dumb for waiting so long and just literally not even noticing the hair loss.
