Bank managers literally follow the BSA and other bank regulations aimed at stopping fraud. A bank manager thinks about fraud every time someone requests a withdrawal or loan. I worked as a bank teller. Among the many ridiculous statements he made, that one is up there.

That’s horrible, I wish that hadn’t happened. I hope she names the business.
