I know I complain a lot about slow walkers. I'm just a fast walker and I get 2-3 breaks for a 10 minute walk away from my windowless office and ffs I'm getting a proper walk in.

You can walk whatever speed you want. But please be situationally aware. Try not to be in the way of others 🙏😌
