I’ve been suggesting on TV and podcasts—without actual evidence(!)—that it may turn out that DOJ will wind up not having enough lawyers to defend all the lawsuits challenging this administration’s illegal conduct.

What if the courts come through and the administration doesn’t comply? Will military need to be involved? ( following the constitution and not a president). We already know the majority party in congress will do nothing- even cheer on so they won’t get it from all sides.

Can the United States take a citizen out of jurisdiction without the court’s permission? And who will the government consider “dangerous Americans “. Kind of sounds like an enemy hit list would be considered dangerous in their minds. What are the legal things they can do to get around the law?
