This is very important knowledge. Even though the U.S. is no longer on the rabies list, we still need to be cautious about these matters. Additionally, being bitten by animals can cause more than just rabies, as it can lead to many other conditions.

Kids, rabies is 100% fatal. If you get bitten by an unknown dog, you have to get a rabies vaccine asap.

Can’t stop thinking about all the people who’ve lost their jobs. Losing your job in this country, it’s like annihilation—not least because it usually means losing health care, too. And for so many people, their entire sector has been eviscerated. I wouldn’t be able to feed my kids. It’s terrifying.

The Agriculture Department has axed two programs that gave schools and food banks money to buy food from nearby farms and ranchers. Roughly $660 million that schools and child care facilities were counting on to purchase food has been canceled.
This will hurt both kids and small, local farmers.
RIP Ulf, the goodest old boy, it was time to let you pass over the rainbow bridge.. At almost 15 years old it has been a varied, long life, and a much longer retirement with us than we had hoped for.
