Aside from being incredibly offensive it's also very simplistic, following the Conservative playbook of "things were better in the old days", when people were more Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent.
