Neat photo! California Plaza is one of the more underappreciated photography spots in downtown LA. Here's one I took from the opposite direction with my phone back around 2017 (unfortunately, I didn't have my camera as I was at work).

Truly a disgusting state of affairs we're in...and now Trump is flouting a 9-0 Supreme Court order seeking this wrongfully deported person's return.

Thank you, 69th Assembly District! Not only did I win re-election as an Democratic Party Assembly Delegate, I was the top vote-getter among the AD 69 candidates.
We've got a lot of work ahead, both in terms of standing up to Trump and Musk and strengthening the Democratic Party.

Thank you, 69th Assembly District! Not only did I win re-election as an Democratic Party Assembly Delegate, I was the top vote-getter among the AD 69 candidates.

Took this back in 2022. Sure, facing the sun is something of a no-no in #photography, but the moment kinda gave me vibes reminiscent of the cover art for Roxy Music's 1982 album, Avalon. No robed figured holding a falcon, though.

Took this back in 2022. Sure, facing the sun is something of a no-no in #photography, but the moment kinda gave me vibes reminiscent of the cover art for Roxy Music's 1982 album, Avalon. No robed figured holding a falcon, though.
