Why would I want to watch an hour of 2-3 second clips awkwardly cut together with no consistency? Even this trailer has a guy with a spyglass and the very next shot is a different guy with the spyglass.

I agree with all of your points except the second half of your conclusion. I found him incessantly annoying. I actually stopped playing at the big mid-game event because I didn't want to listen to him anymore. His schtick was just glib sarcasm. It wore so thin that I lost interest in playing anymore
