My name is Mona and I am 11 years old today!

I come on this site every morning, with a dread of what fresh hell awaits today. I never had that feeling with the previous Administration. Two programs that literally keep me alive, and our household functioning- Social Security and Medicare are being bandied about, in a cavalier manner. This sucks

This little Plumeria bloom is the final survivor for the year. Leaves are almost gone, the other branches have gone dormant, but this stubborn little flower is hanging on. Kind of a metaphor for our year.

Just moved here from Threads. Nothing against them actually, just trying to move away from the prying algorithms of Brother Mark. Looking good to me thus far.
