Second, remember as always, all county offices are different. Many get backlogged or there could be issues with the mail! So always keep that into consideration!

First, remember there isn't really much of a correlation between mail and early vote rate numbers and general election results!

With NJ Dems beating the GOP with the return rate today, It is likely that reporting is starting to even out. Meaning, I can start comparing them directly! Historically Dems eventually take the lead by election day.
