Yeah I definitely recommend staying in bed if you can.
Warm baths may help too (as they usually do to be fair).
I think it's still a week of isolation?
Sinus stuff definitely sucks too yeah, wish I had a good recommendation for that, but the steam from baths and showers may help?

Kind basic costumes to be honest, would've liked to see something with a little effort but meh, I understand costs and everything.

That said, I also would not recommend moving around too much if the leg pains are a thing you're experiencing.
Staying in bed would be best, it's the best way to stay comfortable.
Beyond that, I don't really have any expertise with it overall, I think I probably got lucky on my symptoms.

I had it once in 2022 (on my birthday no less) and for me it was intense leg pains for a while and feeling like I was dying.
Had it last October too and had the worst sore throat I've ever had, worse than Strep Throat.
If there's pain I recommend Ibuprofen I think, and soups.

Was supposed to go with my ex and the kids but she decided to do it in Belleville last minute and I didn't have a way there so I didn't get to go this year.
Ended up staying home.
Was a decent day though since it was pay day at least.
