Thinking it's hard? It's not! Sourdough is ez.

You wake up the starter, add water, salt and flour (I used 50/50 fullgrain wheat and fine grain wheat) and mix. Then you just stretch and fold it a few times and let it rise. I left mine in the fridge overnight. Then you bake it in a Dutch oven. EZ!

My power fantasy is being the protagonist who just helps out everyone because it's the right thing to do. Sure, Fallout's world is depressing but it doesn't get to me because I always play a character who helps everyone and tries to make the wasteland a better place. Thanks for enabling that!
