This only makes sense as a perspective if you can only see sex as the culmination of a romantic relationship, which, (a) *angry buzzer noise* incorrect and (b) sorry, that's clearly not what's going on here if we can use our media literacy for like three seconds

Okay also having now caught up to episode 2: is this guy on crack? In what world is this *not* a slow burn romance? Yes much of the plot tension comes from the threat of discovery but there's also a *ton* of romantic conflict around whether they'll ever admit their feelings for each other!
