Or a block of silken tofu, some black salt, turmeric and finely sliced spring onion in a small nonstick frying pan with sesame oil, mix up, gently fry it until brown on one side, flip using a plate, brown the other side: a tofu omelette you can use like a fried egg on a stir fry of your choice 😊

In Indian recipes, you can swap a firm tofu for paneer, and italian you can swap a soft tofu with lemon juice and yeast flakes, for (goes well in a tomato basil salad)
