Bovino knows damn well that the majority of the people he's arresting are not "bad guys," gang members, or terrorists.
They're the kind of people that most Americans think should be given a chance to fix their papers, not thrown into a filthy cell and pressured and coerced into taking deportation.

I am glad journalists are doing the work telling the story of the South Shore raid. Beyond awful how people were treated and it seems all for propaganda vids, rappelling out of helicopters for the "cool shot" just to terrorize migrants.
