I have found a few good sources of investigative journalism (as I'm sure many of you have) and also, books!

Engineers and scientists at NASA have pointed out what a pathetic company SpaceX is. NASA spent years of research and testing every possible theory. They went back to the drawing board numerous times before test launching.
SpaceX is just sloppy and wasteful. I hope it bites them in the ass.
