Heard a lot of this last night. Cat #1 was ready to go out and END that white cat up the road, who presumably was the cause. Cat #2 had already claimed her spot under the sofa and kindly suggested we find somewhere else to hide for the apocalypse. #speirgorm #cats

Every time I go for a march around Tramore Valley (still aka 'the dump') it never fails to impress as a refuge for birds. Redpoll, snipe, goldcrest, oystercatchers, buzzard, willow warbler, stonechat...those are just some of the guys I saw, yet more captured by song in the Merlin app! #speirgorm

Just done this & cos this is not just a cruelty issue, added: 'foxes are important apex predators - preventing disease spread, controlling pest populations, seed dispersers, scavengers cleaning up dead animals in the landscape and even contributing to ecosystem richness with their denning activity.'
I finally took 2 minutes myself, to send this off just now. (Whenever using a sample I always edit the beginning to say "My name is X and I'm a constituent of yours from Y." and the subject line too).
