Incredibly proud of this girl's grit & amazing work ethic. A pre-season 8.15 meet/9.15 kick off, 60 mins on the park in her fav LB position, home/fuel/change then to YDL finals at Grangemouth-stepping in to ensure a team cld run in the 4x100m before running with her own 4x300m team for a 4th place.

After a wee bit of time off due to school camp, Cia was back on the pitch this morning. And what a pitch it was: playing at New Douglas Park! What a fabulous opportunity for the Academy girls!

Hardworking Cia this week: school footie festival + club training y'day; 121 session + in-house game this eve playing RB. She's been LB most of this season but RB the last few games-love that she's totally happy to go both sides, using both wee pins-very little fazes her 😍.

What a first week of the Easter hols we've had. Cia LOVED her time in Lisbon with Coerver and we sneaked over to enjoy the sun while she was there.

When you think xc season is finished and last week was your last run....only to find there was another race next Thursday 🏃♀️😁: 'acht well, at least it makes me fit on the football park' was the rationalisation.
