#Solstice is the time to start my first #wintersowing project. I’ve saved containers, got soldering iron to poke holes, set aside potting soil, saved perennial seeds, and bought some seeds. I typically don’t like the thought of summer heat returning, but this is a new hope 🌱🪴🌺 #gardening

I don’t feel bad that I don’t miss ExWithALS for holidays. Loved him dearly but other than our first year dating, he was shit to me on holidays. He was go big or go home, so wanted nothing to do with details, even for the kids. And always chose to work OT, so left us alone.

He wants an update on progress of a project I said I would do NEXT year.
Reminds me again how WE will be visiting suppliers, I think is unnecessary and expensive.
Wants changes to programs that are working fine.
And my ask for a change in responsibility would be less pay. 😡

When he and fiancée were leaving, she said, “okay, see you in VT for New Years!” As in, that’s the next planned get together. They live 1.5h away.
