Small accomplishments give me awesome dopamine rushes, like sewing a small fabric loop onto a hockey neck guard to anchor it to the centre string of my old-school shoulder pads so it doesn't twist on me during play and getting the length of the ribbon just right.

I think my brother is crashing out, but his behaviour has put me in a mindset where I will either punch him when I see him or ignore him and based on his behaviour, both are justified.
Has my behaviour been flawless? Fuck, no, not in the slightest. I am a petty asshole, but him? Oofah. 1/
