Marler can just get his suit on. For me to even not look like a frizzy mess is 30 minute task even if I present myself never with makeup. And makeup often is an afterthought of for me after going through my hair routine otherwise you'd have a 1 to 2 hour slog.
will also add - yes, this is my personal crusade - that turning podcasts into videos implicitly asks women to once again make more effort than men, as the bar for "camera-ready" for one gender is obviously higher than for the other
