Other things I intend to spend my time doing: participating in adult craft nights at my local library, volunteering locally at our free store and free clinics, doing puzzles and word games, reading books!

Is that directly related to no social media? I can't say for sure, no, but I'm really happy to be spending time with them in-person and it helps to make me not feel like I'm missing something.

I think that is because of the withdrawals and "what do I do with idle hands/brain now" question. Hopefully pickups will go down too. Yesterday I reached out to some friends I haven't chatted with much lately. Sunday/Monday I saw friends and family & made plans to see same friends/family this week
