Trump will completely change his mind by tomorrow and forget how much he loves the guy today, but it's illustrative of two things:

1. Trump is easily taken by any other man with charisma
2. Mamdani is really good on any stage, no matter how big

Plus it was really entertaining

When Democrats were saying, of oligarchs, "I welcome their hatred," working class voters were theirs not just in voting behavior but identity. When Democrats began to insist there are no "sides," endorse rising tide lift all boats neo-liberalism, & echo opposition, they lost working class support.

Literally hundreds of millions of Americans live in places that aren’t California or NYC, and it seems that many people are of the view that the housing in those places is per se substandard because it’s not in California or NYC. But I’m not sure those people would agree
