While I love teaching aerial yoga (come fly with me on Tuesdays at 4pm or Sundays at 5:15pm at People’s Yoga) I also get real joy and satisfaction from teaching the #prenatalyoga class after aerial on Tuesdays at 5:30pm.

It’s almost like we aren’t a real democracy…
