Qantas must be laughing their tits off.
90mil divided by 1800 workers is 50k fine per worker.
What a bargain for Qantas.
They get to sack workers and pay less than what it would have cost them to kept them on. The remaining workers get to see what happens if they get sacked illegally. Nothing.

With every update windows becomes an ever more bloated, invasive, useless piece of shit!
Microbrain should be scared of Steam OS. If Gabe ever gets it together there will be literaly tens millions of people fleeing this garbage for greener pastures.
You can tell it updated for me today, can't you.

I don't think the rest of the world understands how much we love our wildlife.
A lot.
Clever cockies not only open bins, they can use water fountains too
The behaviour has spread among a mob of more than 100 sulphur-crested cockatoos that roost in the Western Sydney Parklands.

Found this old pic on my PC and was reminded that those in the northern hemisphere will be coming into spring. Remember to do your basic maintainance before you set off for your first ride of the year. Everybody loves spring, right?
Enjoy.

What you have to understand is that when the liberal/national party get votes it's NOT because people believe their lies, NOT because they don't see what they are doing. It's because they are cut from the same cloth.
Trying to show Dutton for what he is won't work. People know who he is.

This is a cat I knew once. I knew her as Eartha Kitten.
She would come around for pats, and food when it was on offer. She brought me a rat once. I declined so she sat in my living room and ate it like jerky while looking straight at me.
She got hit by a car and died.
Cars save wildlife🦜. Who knew?

NRA: But according to The Constitution we get to keep guns in case we have to defend our Democracy!

Democracy is subverted and criminals run the country.

A flying insect of some description, taking a break on a paper daisy.

I'm running low on pictures to post. If this keeps up I'll have to leave my room to take more.
I'm not sure you understand the position that puts me in.

Now that you've all finished gorging yourselves to sickness, giving each other even more shit you don't need and basically pumping up the profits of the very corporations that hold you in such contempt, can we all get back to the job of tearing down the nightmare we've built before it destroys us?

Tell yourself it's for a God you no longer believe in, tell yourself it's about nobility of spirit, but buy.
BUY BUY BUY!
Because we really know it's not about the spirit anymore. It's about lining the pockets of those who've jumped the band wagon and ride us merrily to our doom.

Merry Xmas.

It's currently 41.8c here (no aircon).
I guess this is how it will feel at the end for so many of us as the globe continues to warm. Breathless and without redress.

But by all means don't let that interfere with your celebration preparations.

Welcome to Part 1 of my Fuck Christmas celebrations.

I think it's time to let some of the intrusive thoughts in so over the holidays I'll be the little angel on your shoulder reminding you that it all has a price.

Enjoy.

Shut up and smile.
Don't be ungrateful.
You're just ruining it for everyone.
How about a smack around the ear, would that make you happier?

Just some of the happy christmas sayings growing up in a house full of alcoholics.

Fuck christmas.

Here's another beautiful little flower that I don't know the name of. I found it on a walk and thought it quite quaint.

I don't know what these little flowers are. But I do appreciate their showy perfection.

These are native Australian Paper Wasps. Unlike their introduced European cousins they are less aggressive and keep many garden pests under control.
I've always welcomed them into the gardens I've tended.
