If you receive an illegal order, you have a duty to disobey.

This isn’t controversial.

A President calling for the execution of anyone who reminds service members of this oath is showing us why the duty to disobey illegal orders is so important in the first place.

Take 5 this holiday, start on 🦃

Shop small, local or at businesses with humanity! Push pause on spending your $$ at companies enabling this administration for 5 days. Why?

-Target caved on DEI
-Home Depot colluded with ICE
-Amazon/Bezos paid for permanent corporate tax breaks

I’ll add this to the list of commitments Senator Cassidy touted as having from RFK when the Senator threw his support behind RFK’s confirmation back in February

I like to call and remind them of these things daily

I remember a time (not too long ago) that we had the collective moral decency to agree, that if a politician spoke this way to a female reporter, that would be the end of their political career.

This footage is proof that peaceful protesters are being assaulted. Police should be making arrests.

Trump to female reporter who asked him about the Epstein files: ‘Quiet, Piggy’
Trump, who has struggled to shrug off the controversy around Jeffrey Epstein, resorted to an insult that he has been accused of using against women before.

Let the chips fall where they may. EVERYONE exposed in the released files should feel the repercussions. There are consequences for their actions. No one should be protected, for any reason. #accountability #gogirl

If US listened to and respected its women, Trump would have never, ever been a President.

We can’t end violence against women unless more people are willing to speak up.

It really is disgusting that Trump can insult, berate, single out, threaten, and demean female reporters on a daily basis for asking fair and legitimate questions and you can’t find a single Republican woman in Congress to say it is inappropriate behavior.

If you are able to look at this and still not see the Gestapo. You have not only failed at the Christian you say you are.
You have failed at being a human.
You are the person who turned away when children were being murdered in gas chambers.
It didn’t start in gas chambers.

Bovino’s rant fits the authoritarian indicators in our assessment: empowered security forces acting with impunity, militarized immigration raids, executive overreach through federalized enforcement, and loyalty-driven ops unmoored from oversight. His tone isn’t an outlier but a symptom.

The Honduran-born Charlotte resident filed a police report after the officers let him go.

Racial profiling, no warrant, no due process; but what else can one expect from a regime committing extrajudicial murder on the high seas?

Trump's gotta go.

The nazis first collected the "uncitizens" and placed them in camps; concentrating them away from civilians. Once outside the reach of judges and advocates, they then used them for forced labour ("work will set you free") and deported them to camps outside Germany. Gas chambers happened later.
