The Greens requested an interview on the Laura Kuenssberg Show with Zack Polanski when he was elected leader, but were denied, with a promise to interview him during Green conference instead.

This was then scrapped citing the Manchester synagogue attack. Polanski is both Jewish and from Manchester

This weekend I did my first stint as Run Director at Longrun Meadow Junior parkrun.

I love volunteering most weeks with the team there and feel very lucky to have been invited to step up to join the gang of Run Directors.

High vis, clipboard and a position of power…I was in my element! 😉😆

Finally got to watch it and enjoyed all the social commentary that people had been talking about when it was dominating the cinema. Also chuckled out loud too. An enjoyable watch.

Fab weekend at home starting with my 150th parkrun (and fastest of 2025), then a sauna and ice plunge session, before Taunton 10K race today - at which I astounded myself by finishing in under an hour (I thought such a goal was beyond me!) #RunningIsFunning

It's the governance mechanisms around that data that I'll be particularly keeping an eye on. Who holds it? Who gets access to it under what circumstances? What's it linked to? Where's the transparency? What happens when things go wrong? How robust will guardrails be against future regime changes?

#FinishedWatching Hostage.

I’m not sure what I think about this. I enjoyed it as a drama but was also mildly irritated by elements. The last episode in particular felt off. But Suranne Jones is always a winner and discovering Julie Delpy was excellent.
