Some Desperate Glory has been a topic of conversation between my partner and me for months now, definitely one of my favourite books of 2025! It's not much but I have a few extra drawings I hadn't posted, in case it might help your days a little

The one I'm reading (Warriors of Anatolia: A Concise History of the Hittites) is from 2022, it's very much an idiot beginner's guide but that's exactly what I need. I will add Stone to my list!

also good in my life:

- giant Rivendell lego set I got for Christmas
- reading an interesting book about Hittites
- cup of tea

all of this so necessary because at the moment most of my world is grief and funeral planning.
