Character displacement!

I get one lecture for this in my genetics class and do mutation -> migration -> drift -> selection. I start with mutation because that's where all variation starts & spend the most time on drift. My students have already learned HWE so I skip it.

Yeah I totally get this and I'm sorry if my comments came across as blaming the students -- I don't at all and I making my course accessible for all is an important part of my job, I just wish I had the support to do a better job of it.

To be clear, if the exam is 1.5 hours, we are required to find a room and staff to ensure that a student with 2x time can have 3 hours to take the exam.

This has been exactly my experience and we are given no resources to accomplish it.
