Oh I loved the Patternist series! I buddy read them and I think that helped a lot with how heavy those were. I absolutely love N.K. Jemisin's writing as well! I have to finish the Broken Earth Trilogy this year, just gotta finish the last book. I really loved The Inheritance Trilogy.
