Nowhere in DHS Cosplayer Noem’s statement would you know that ALL of the victims of today’s shooting were actually detainees. Not a single ICE officer was injured.

Do we know the motive? No. Has that stopped Noem from leaping to conclusions & weaponizing the attack against political enemies? No.
