Yeah, that leans into the issue I discussed about how the gachage format actively works against Maeda/Kai's standard form of storytelling. Crucial recontextualizations aren't allowed to "stick", because the characters need to be sold in perpetuity.

Seriously! The real horse was found fatally injured at the farm, in what is believed to have been the aftermath of an altercation where the other horses basically lynched him.
