I think the analogy to opiates is interesting. I used an ai engine to work through a very hard career moment recently and help me reprioritize some things mentally… and it was a good tool for the moment, but I can see how it could be super insidious and addictive.

Yeah, the oxo interface is fine. It has a timer, which is great because we are really lazy in the morning. Thankfully there's no online component - if they add that in I wouldn't buy it again unless it was not required for usage.
