BREAKING: Mario Guevara has reunited with family members and media colleagues after being deported to Olocuilta, El Salvador.

"GOD IS GOOD FRIENDS, Ready to continue working double time from my land, that's what my God wanted. Thank you very much to ALL," he wrote in Spanish on his Facebook page.

I'm losing my mind at how much more live video is in the HR canon than I remembered.

"I don't get to draw the line" — you are a wildly influential journalist with an audience of millions, you absolutely do get to draw the line!

IMO, the most revealing part is Klein wrestling with the question of where "the line" is (between acceptable and unacceptable politics). Realizing that what he considered past the line is now the GOP mainstream doesn't make him commit harder to fighting it. He wonders if he needs to move the line.

And the story gets better when Jack's friend befriends the devil to get the riddle answers. An unexpected turn that I don't always see in other folk tales. Charming.

Love her story about Jack (from beanstalk fame, but there are many other oral tradition stories), which involves riddles that the audience answers with whatever makes sense to them! Love the interaction mid-telling. #glasgow @sundayassembly.bsky.social

Claire McNicol is an expert storyteller and starts talking about her Irish personal history and cultural exchange between Scotland.

Also shares about a nationally famous tree just down the street! Dark horse winner as its squeezed between 2 buildings.

Starting off #glasgow @sundayassembly.bsky.social this morning! So lovely to see everyone and especially more locals. Michelle and the crew have done a fantastic job.

Jess talks about the responsibility of the work. The sessions creating music with kids can open big emotions, and it requires care to manage. Same with @sundayassembly.bsky.social

Jess leads kids in creating songs, and she plays one that they created together.

What they take away from the experience is usually not about the music itself. It's about the feeling of the space.

Lesson for @sundayassembly.bsky.social for sure. Music as excuse, as vehicle, to connect and feel.

Enjoyed a meditation session with Janneke who did a fantastic job guiding the group through instances of kindness we have experienced over the past few days. Loved the debrief. #glasgow

Mike jokes that Scots use many double negatives. How you doing? "Not bad" 😄

We American cousins may often be more cheery, but lately it's a bit tougher.

His central message of imagination, audacity to inspire change matches well with Sunday Assembly work. We imagine a world with local community for nonreligious folks, in connection with a broader movement for inspiration and improved well-being.

Mike cites the fact that many young people joining the work force are declining some paths if the company doesn't align with their values. That resonates with me personally.

Mike Stevenson talks about leadership with imagination, citing an example of a movement towards "a city built for people"

Rewarding and celebrating a sanitized brutality of US history is as despicable as it is futile. But it's only futile if we keep telling the real story and insisting on caring about others past and present.

Just visited Kelvingrove Museum in #Glasgow where they repatriated a Lakota Ghost Dance shirt to its people in the 90s. I was impressed with the whole museum's approach to artifacts and narrative, and it serves as a model for how exhibits and curation can be in the future.

This is a replica.
