A workaround until this is fixed is to use the "Enter" button on your phones keyboard instead of the OK button that most people normally press. If you have issues with this workaround, try installing a different Keyboard from Google Play such as SwiftKey.

The free campaign only includes regular rewards, but no medal. You'll need to get the Paid Campaign to get the New Year medal.

(And if we want to be pedantic, the offer was posted by ITO EN, not Ingress 😛 ITO EN probably had free choice on how to distribute the passcodes, and they themselves choose a lottery via Twitter.)

3.0 will not introduce any major changes, the jump to v3 is more symbolic to mark the new start of Ingress under Niantic Spatial! The device requirements should therefore stay the same as they are now.

Additionally, after almost 10 years, the Seer medal is making its return to the game! Its tiers will be based on the Discovered Portals stat which already counts all Portals that you have submitted and which went live in Ingress, including under the old Seer system. (2/2)
